"Shaken" - the 007
1.5 oz Watershed Four Peel Gin
.5 oz Reyka Vodka
.25 Lillet Blanc
One Dash Orange Bitters
Garnish - expressed lemon peel
-Chill your glass with ice water, a coup would be nice.
-Place all ingredients into you shaker and top with fresh ice.
-Shake for 15 seconds or until the big shaking tin is ice cold.
-Double Strain into your chilled glass. express lemon over glass and drop in cocktail.

Mojito
2oz Bacardi Superior White Rum
.5 oz Mint Simpe Syrup
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 - mint leaves
1 -lime wheel
Soda to Top
Place Rum, Simple, Lime, and Mint Leaves in cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10 or so seconds, double strain into a collins glass over fresh ice. Top your cocktail with soda and garnish with lime wheel.
Some extra Mint Leaves to garnish can make it look fancy. Just sayin.
Desert Negroni
1oz Watershed Bourbon Barrel Aged Gin
1oz Campari
1oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Place all ingredients into a mixing glass with fresh ice, stir for 20 seconds.
Single strain over a fresh large cube and garnish with expressed orange peel over the glass and placed atop cocktail.
Enjoy the night cap.
